BEHIND THE WORKBOOK
More Than a Decade of Lessons, Made Usable.
This framework grew from more than a decade of real experience working alongside people facing addiction, mental health struggles, and the complexities of human relationships. It was born in the quiet spaces where people grapple with shame, identity, meaning, and the weight of major life changes.
Through my own life and the stories of those I’ve walked with, certain ideas kept proving their importance. I began to see how our beliefs shape what we notice in the world, how that meaning shapes our thoughts and feelings, and how those, in turn, shape every response we make to our circumstances.
Experience taught me that while life is complex, the tools for navigating it must be usable. The Workbook organizes these most important lessons into a simple framework, stripping away the noise to leave you with practical ways to engage with your own story.
It is not a series of quick fixes, but a structured companion for the slow, honest work of change. It offers a path to move from feeling stuck in old patterns to intentionally directing your attention toward what matters most.
If these ideas can help people begin changing the direction of their lives while carrying some incredibly difficult things, what might become possible for someone who is simply willing to engage with them?
