All experiences are based in Cincinnati, Ohio and available for programs throughout Greater Cincinnati and for select engagements beyond the region

Understanding Yourself is designed to be experienced, not simply explained. Through workshops, retreats, and trainings, we create space for people to explore new ideas, see familiar experiences from a different perspective, and connect what they discover to the way they live, work, and relate to others.

Experiences
Workshops
Practical, interactive training designed around your organization’s goals.
Our 2–3 hour workshops are designed for both small and large groups and can be held at your organization’s location or another agreed-upon venue.
Each workshop combines interactive facilitation, experiential exercises, group discussion, and practical application of the framework.
Participant materials are available, and each workshop can be tailored to the needs of your audience and the goals of your organization.

From Learning to Application
Participants don’t just learn the framework—they have an opportunity to practice using it, explore how it applies to
their work, and leave with practical approaches they
can put into action.

Retreats
Step Away. Reflect Deeply. Move Forward.
Create meaningful space for reflection, connection, and growth. Retreats are tailored to your group and can range from a focused five-hour experience to a full-day retreat or immersive weekend.

Longer retreats create more space for reflection, discussion, experiential exercises, connection, and practical application of the framework. Participant materials and workbooks are included with every retreat.
Organizational Trainings
Build Awareness. Strengthen Relationships. Transform the Way You Work.
Bring the framework into your organization through engaging trainings focused on how people communicate, navigate conflict, lead, and work together.
Topics can include:
-
Communication & Difficult Conversations
-
Conflict & Relationship Repair
-
Leadership & Self-Awareness
-
Stress & Emotional Reactivity
-

Behavior Change Can Only Take Us So Far.
When our beliefs, thoughts, and feelings change, our behavior often follows naturally.
The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.
